Dip Powder Nails in West Palm Beach
Colour that wears three to four weeks without a lamp — dip powder is the quickest strong set on the menu, and one of the gentlest to take off.
Dipping powder — often called SNS after the best-known brand — builds colour by brushing a bonding base onto the nail, coating it in finely milled pigment, and sealing it with an activator and top coat. No UV lamp is involved, it goes on quickly, and the result is harder than gel polish but lighter than a full acrylic set.
On natural nails dip starts at $45. If you want length, dipping powder with extension ($50+) applies a tip first. Pink & white dip ($55+) is the permanent French: a pale pink bed and a crisp white smile line built into the powder itself, so it never chips the way a painted French tip does. Ombré powder ($65+) fades two colours into each other — the nude-to-white "baby boomer" or any pairing you bring us.
Powder colour full sets ($55+) and fills ($45+) are the version for people who want the durability of an enhancement with the colour range of dip. Expect three to four weeks of wear. Removal is a soak rather than a file-off, so the natural nail underneath stays in good shape between sets.
Bring a reference photo for ombré or art and we will quote the full price before starting. We are at 610 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, 33405 — walk-ins welcome and free parking at the door.

Do you do dip powder, Gel-X and ombré?
Yes. Dipping powder starts at $45 ($50 with extensions, $55 pink and white), Gel-X full sets start at $65, and ombré powder starts at $65. We also do liquid gel, acrylic and pink-and-white sets.
How long do gel, dip powder and acrylic nails last?
A gel manicure holds its shine for about 2–3 weeks before regrowth shows. Dipping powder and Gel-X typically wear 3–4 weeks. Acrylic and liquid gel sets last indefinitely with a fill every 2–3 weeks. Gel on toes lasts longest of all — often a month or more, because toenails grow more slowly.
What is the difference between acrylic, dip powder and Gel-X?
Acrylic is liquid and powder sculpted by hand — the strongest option and the best choice for significant length. Dipping powder is applied by dipping the nail into pigment and sealing it, needs no lamp, and goes on quickly. Gel-X uses soft-gel full-cover tips bonded with gel: the lightest of the three, it does not require filing down the natural nail, and it soaks off cleanly. If you are unsure, describe your routine when you call and we will point you to the right one.
Is dip powder better for your nails than acrylic?
Dip is lighter, and removal is a soak rather than heavy filing, so many people find their natural nails stay in better condition between sets. Acrylic is stronger and better for real length. If you want something in between, Gel-X is the lightest option of all.
